The INK transaction is different from most of token transactions, its due to the INK system.

You can never transfer all of you ink asset out of a wallet address at once, you ahve to remain at least some of the ink ( lets just say 1 INK remaining in the wallet).

Therefore, if you totally have 100 INK in your wallet, you can transfer 99 of them at once (even 99.99INK is possible).
